Refund policy
At Saucin' we offer refunds on misshipment, and items that cannot be shipped out to the given billing address for some circumstance. For example, if there are item(s) in your order that are unable to be sent out but everything else is eligible to be shipped, you will receive a partial refund on the given item(s) that were unable to be sent. Likewise, If your whole order is unable to be sent out, you will receive a full refund on all of your items. These refunds will be given out within the first 5 days of purchasing your order. However, you will not be offered a refund in the case of customer errors such as; ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong sizing, and giving the wrong billing address.
